Agreed with Irfan. I've been blogging since 2007 at http://www.myunittrust.com and found out that the best way of attracting my prospect is through my blog. 97% of my team are coming from myunittrust.com blog.

I am now tweaking, fine-tuning my blog to attract more visitors.
