As a teenager, Frank Chong had it tough. While others were rebelling against parents, Frank was fighting the cancer in his leg. After three years, Frank defeated the cancer. He was fifteen then. Since then, Frank has actively helped raise awareness and funds to support cancer organizations and patients. That includes running in three ultramarathons, each almost 90 kilometers long. He’s about to do his fourth. How did he do it? Frank shares his experience.
