Water Woes The Fault of Selangor MB - Wan Azmi

Tan Sri Wan Azmi Wan Hamzah, Chairman of Splash

Water Woes The Fault of Selangor MB - Wan Azmi

While Tan Sri Wan Azmi agrees that it is the right for the Selangor State Government to follow an ideological position with regards to the water crisis, he is enraged that the Selangor State Govt hasn't followed accepted norms of valuation offering to buy Splash at only RM250m for an NAV that's worth RM2.5b. Tan Sri Wan Azmi stopped short of providing a solution to the water crisis of selangor but echoed previous comments by Gamuda Group MD Datuk Lin Yun Ling that the Selangor State Govt doesn't have the track record to manage water resources. He also blamed Selangor MB Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim for not heeding warnings of a looming water crisis back in 2010.

Listen to the podcast interview from Tony Pua on his rebuttal to Selangor's water crisis here (aired 14th April).
