As a carefree child, toys were the centre of the universe. Toys were what we used to learn to play, they were the objects we used to fuel our imagination.. And not only did toys provide hours of entertainment, they were essential tools to developing skills and providing learning experiences. But as kids, I don’t think we gave much thought to where they actually came from. All we knew was that they’re there at Toys R Us, waiting for us. But of course behind every toy- is a toy designer. Someone who works to bring life into the toys that we know and love so much. And one such person is Binh Luong, the Design Director for Boys Action Figures and Games over at Mattel.
