Female Condoms: Empowering Women

What do we really know about female condoms? Has their full potential been realised yet?

Marie Christine Siemerink and Beatrijs Janssen of the Universal Access to Female Condoms project join us in the studio to tell us more about how female condoms can contribute to female empowerment, lower the risk of STIs and HIV/AIDs, and consequently contribute to the development of the country by ensuring that pregnancies are planned, thus reducing the number of unsafe deliveries and maternity deaths.
