I Love KL: Run Forest Run!

Pictures of wide, tired smiles from marathoners showing off their finishers medals have been spreading over social media with more and more fitness enthuasists influencing others to join in. We try to find the answers by speaking to the organisers of the Chardikala run - who insists that they find joy and peace when running a course. And also, we speak to retiree Sze Mun Yee, a man who put us all to shame by being an active marathoner at the age of 76.
