"Power of Choice, Power of Change"

An elite South African Special Forces soldier, Reon Schutte was captured in 1992 in Zimbabwe while performing a cross-border operation for the previous government. He was sentenced to life-imprisonment (28 years) in Africa’s most notorious and brutal prison: Chikuruby. There he came to understand universal truths that allowed him to be free, even while imprisoned. We speak to Reon about his epic personal life journey of survival and overcoming inconceivable odds.
