The Changing Role of the Education, Welfare and Research Foundation Malaysia (EWRF)

The Education, Welfare and Research Foundation Malaysia (EWRF) was formed in 1979 to improve the social, educational and economic welfare of marginalized Indian Malaysians, particularly students from poor homes. Ir. Rajasegaran Thevaraj, the president of the EWRF, joins us to share the foundation’s current change in direction, whose focus is now on programmes designed to address the social behavior and education level of underachieving youths and students.
