Talkback Tuesday: Science vs Arts - Will science education alone produce great leaders?

The Science vs Arts argument has long been in the books, with Science always being the preferred choice over the often depicted "lesser-successful" Arts education. And today, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said that Malaysia will continue to push for science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) education to help propel the tech-driven economy and to help encourage future leaders. Is it fair to give certain subjects more emphasis than others? What does that say about our students who prefer Arts education more?  Will STEM education alone really shape the future of our country? We asked what you thought on Talkback Tuesday.
