The Doing Good Index (DGI) is a study based around a set of indicators that brings together the regulatory and institutional infrastructure enabling or impeding philanthropic giving published by the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS).

We speak to Mehvesh Mumtaz Ahmed, the Research Director of Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), a think tank in Hong Kong about gaps that exists in Malaysia's philanthropic scene and whether foundations are vulnerable to exploitation.
