Universiti Malaya's economist Dr. Lee Hwok Aun wrote in an op-ed that the government is effectively committing statistical doping in the way facts were presented in the recently released 11th Malaysia Plan, the final leg in the journey towards realizing Vision 2020. The Economic Planning Unit has since published a response.
