The Malaysian government has introduced an initiative offering tax incentives to companies adopting flexible work arrangements (FWAs), aiming to improve workplace health, work-life balance, and reduce traffic congestion. To support its implementation, comprehensive guidelines have been released, along with a six-month study with TalentCorp to assess FWAs’ impact locally.
