We might think that hearing loss is part and parcel of ageing, but to what extent is it normal? Audiologist Ngiow Jen Sen joins us to discuss how we can spot signs of hearing loss among older adults and how - if left undiagnosed and untreated - it can impact the quality of life of older adults.
