AirAsia Going Asset-Light and MTUC Defends Proposal

Air Asia paid a special dividend of 90 cents after the airline group sold its 25 aircrafts to US private investment firm Castlelake LP in a deal worth 768 million US dollars (RM3.22bil) last year.
