MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki's stock purchasing controversy has been all over the news lately, and today the Securities Commision concluded that he was in full control over a share trading account he claimed he let his brother use. This however, continues to raise questions. So first, we look at what all of this means legally.
