A new cross-cultural study published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General explores what it really means to be “cool”, and whether it’s the same as being good. Despite cultural differences, most agreed that cool people tend to be extroverted, adventurous, autonomous, and powerful, while good people are more traditional, warm, and conscientious.
