China’s state-run press agency, Xinhua has created two AI news anchors (one in English, one in Chinese), that combine the images and voices of real news anchors. They claim that the world’s first virtual news anchor reads news naturally and self-learns from watching live broadcasting videos. Could this be the end of human-read news?
