Vegan Food For All

Fauzi Husin Azri, Sala Vegan Restaurant

22-Sep-18 13:00

Vegan Food For All

Sala Vegan Restaurant is one of the first few vegan restaurants in Kuala Lumpur that tries to provide a healthy and ethically-sustainable food option to the KL crowd. As a vegan, Fauzi, the founder, believes that changes take time, and how he plays his part is through the delicious food served at his restaurant; whether through a Latin American-inspired menu, or vegan versions of our local delicacies. He shares his journey of turning vegan, and how he mines our local ingredients to create unique vegan food.
