UOB runs its annual art competition and we get to talk to this year’s winner about her work, titled ‘The Floating Castle’.  Beyond detailing her life as an artist, Yin Yen Sum shares her view on the role of both the artist and the community in the preservation of traditional art techniques and skills into the future.
