The pressure of winning tournaments and medals, chasing after a new record, pushing your limits, dealing with injuries can take a toll on athletes’ mental health. Now with the COVID-19 pandemic further limiting the tournaments that can take place as well as the interactions that they have, how will this impact athletes’ mental health?
