Grip Strength - A Predictor of Your Health Risks?

A study suggests the chances of having a heart attack, stroke or dying young may be hidden in the palm of your hand.

Researchers said their findings showed that muscle strength is a strong predictor of death from cardiovascular disease and a moderately strong predictor of having a heart attack or stroke. 

We explore the validity of this observational study with Consultant Urologist Dr. George Lee and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Rajesh Singh.
