Earlier this month, it was reported that a 12-year-old boy in Malaysia had allegedly raped a four-year-old girl. The police said that he had been exposed to porn videos previously. This case follows the Youtube ad campaign on ‘safe touch’ that was launched by the Ministry of Women, Family & Community Development in June.
