We speak to Datuk Dr. Denison Jayasooria, principal research fellow at the Institute of Ethnic Studies, UKM, and secretary general of the society for the promotion of human rights, PROHAM, about the inclusiveness of the Budget 2014, with a focus on the bottom 40% of the population, defined as families earning below RM3,000 a month.
