世界贸易组织WTO，6月12日在日内瓦举行5年来第一次的部长级会议。五十六个世贸组织成员，共同发表了联合声明支持乌克兰。除了对战争引发的粮食短缺问题之外，这次的会议也将就疫苗、渔业补贴等议题成为探讨的焦点。我们是否可以期待世界贸易组织更有魄力为重要议题找到解方？还是又沦为另外一个大国角力平台？
