「谁知盘中餐,粒粒皆辛苦」,从小我们便不断被劝诫爱惜粮食,不浪费「盘中餐」。虽然道理很简单,但是这个物欲横流的时代却是我们认清自身需求、养成不浪费的一颗绊脚石。为了让人们正视自己的需求,KongsiKL 和 Putticoop 联合举办了一项名为「即兴厨房(NOWHERE KITCHEN)」计划。

本周内容,Putticoop 设计工作室联合创办人——Kian 连建力、KongsiKL 空间经理——马钧谊将为我们分享如何将烹饪和行为艺术的元素相结合,通过利用剩余食材烹调出别具创意的料理,让来宾们在交流的同时切实地体验一场表演与对话的自我认知艺术。
