近期，英国财政大臣夸西·克沃滕宣布了英国近50年来最激进的减税方案，声称这是英国经济的一个“新时代”。这项方案包括取消仅适用于高收入人群的最高所得税税率，降低收入所得税和置业印花税，并且将提升企业所得税的计划搁置。

虽然这项措施的目的是为了刺激饱受通胀困扰的英国经济，但这项措施宣布后英镑却下滑了，英国国债的收益率也已跳升。这项看似美好的减税措施到底为什么会适得其反呢？
