Everyone wants a piece of the pie. Four cities in Indiana are now suing streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney+ for certain “franchise fees”, which apparently should be similar to that of cable networks. Is this a legitimate case, or just old rules being applied to new tech within the new ecosystem.
