Everyone Can Help Out

The lockdowns during the pandemic has highlighted an often overlooked issue within our society which is mental health. Fortunately, with the efforts taken by corporates and citizens alike, more and more people are open to seek assistance as the awareness of the importance in preserving a positive mentality spreads far and wide.

ECHO Malaysia (Everyone Can Help Out) was established just in the past 6 months with the aim to educate and redefine the norm surrounding mental health in Malaysia through their workshops and counselling.
