Success Consciousness: Purpose-Driven Attitude To Help Build Relationships And Drive Teamwork

Shankar Santhiram, EQTD Consulting

17-Jul-17 10:00

Getting a team of employees communicating, gelling and working together as a coherent and cogent force is the utopian ideal for any employer. Therefore, each year, huge amounts of money are spent on team-building training programmes. But much to the disappointment of most employers, the effects of such programmes are, at best, fleeting. On this third Monday of the month, Shankar shares about the need of a purpose-driven attitude for more effective relationships and teamwork.
