Edelman has been tracking trust amongst the segments of business, government, NGOs, and the media since 2012 in Malaysia. The 2017 Edelman Trust Barometer revealed that trust is actually in crisis at the moment. Here to share with us on this study of trust is Managing Director of Edelman, Robert Kay.
