The telco industry in Malaysia is one that’s evolved drastically over the number of years. At the end of 2014, there were only a handful of telco operators in our country but the rise of Mobile Virtual Network Operators over the recent years has seen the number of operators in Malaysia risen drastically. And with this rise also comes competition and earlier this year, Yoodo was launched and claims to offer you the first ever fully customisable mobile plan, hence the name Yoodo. We speak to the head of Yoodo, Farid Yunus about how they’re moving forwards in 2019.
