Are Task Forces Actually Up to the Task?

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has announced that the government is going to form a special committee and two task forces to take a closer look into these three cases respectively: the death of fireman Muhammad Adib, the allegations made by former AG Tan Sri Tommy Thomas, as well as the Pulau Batu Puteh dispute. We speak to criminal lawyer and activist Goh Cia Yee to shed some light on how these task forces function and whether this move will set a precedent for future investigations.
