The seems to be an encouraging response amongst Malaysians in caring for animals, whether they are strays or have been abandoned. The latest outfit joining in the cause is Lost Animal Souls Shelter, otherwise known as LASS. Run by Vignes Chelliah and currently operating out of Seremban and Kuala Lumpur, it is the only shelter that has chosen not to euthanize all animals under their care.
