According to Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye, chairman of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, mental illness is expected to become the second biggest health problem affecting Malaysians after heart disease by the year 2020. Clinical psychologist, Joel Low, joins us to talk about what can be done to improve psychological well being at the workplace.
