The Perils of Perception Survey looks at 40 countries and measures the accuracy of public perceptions about key global issues. It looks at a variety of issues, such as perceptions of how much is spent on healthcare, population growth, and also social issues like abortion and sex before marriage. India clinches the title of most ignorant country in the world but Malaysia has done pretty well in this survey. We are the 5th least ignorant country in the world.
