On Sunday, a burger seller in Kelantan was fined RM50,000 for violating the MCO. Following that, celebrity Neelofa and her family were fined a total of RM60,000 for her wedding and interstate travel last month, sparking outrage against what others described as "double standards". We get constitutional lawyer Nizam Bashir's view on the issue.
