Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong has said that the government is considering the possibility of providing those who are vaccinated with a universal certification, so that they can travel out of the country. We speak to Prof Dato' Dr Awang to understand if vaccines should be made mandatory for travel.
