The Ministry of Higher Education has proposed guidelines on entertainment such as concerts, for higher education institutions. The Universiti Malaya Association of New Youth (UMANY) are challenging this with a judicial review, saying that such guidelines go against the values of freedom and autonomy that universities should uphold. We speak to UMANY's vice-president about their stand.
