Earlier this year, the MOE announced that they're aiming to implement clean toilet culture in all schools - very much how like Japan has. But the minister said for it to be successful, the culture needs to start at home. With World Toilet Day 2017 slated for this Sunday 19th November, we catch up with the founder of World Toilet Organisation about education, awareness and breaking the taboo that comes with toilets.
