The female tech and science community is growing in Malaysia, but there’s still more to be done to identify and develop women into active role models who can help strengthen the industry. So we speak to Nazlina Quadir, who is spearheading Women TechMakers, the local chapter of a Google led global movement that’s working to increase participation of women in STEM fields. She shares the struggles of rallying women together in a traditionally male dominated space, and gives us her observations on the different types of women that exist here in the tech scene.
