Yesterday, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the National Recovery Plan with four phases targeted to be achieved by the end of this year. We dissect the plan by first looking at whether it is effective in mitigating the pandemic from a public health standpoint. Then, we talk about the path to recovery for the B60. Finally, we hear from an MP on how they feel about Parliament reopening in Phase 3 of the recovery plan.
