This month marks the 20th anniversary of the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis (AFC). What happened in Malaysia was pretty dramatic. We were going through both economic and political turmoil at the same time. And it wasn't hard just for our country, but of our livelihoods and the prospects of our kids.
