It’s the 1980s and Quincy Jones is taking advantage of the new wave of technology that began to sweep the R&B landscape at the time. He assembled a cast of singers and songwriters to create an intoxicating album meant for the 80’s, including James Ingram, contributions from Michael Jackson, Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder and Patti Austin.
