Instead of exporting their cashew nuts to Vietnam for processing, the Balinese now do it on their own island and earn more thanks to Aaron Fishman's East Bali Cashews. Fishman talks about the company's impact on communities who are largely uneducated, and his plans to expand further into rural areas. The lack of infrastructure however makes this challenging. Revenue is in excees of $1million.
