In Part 2 with BDO's Sanjay, we discuss about Corporate Governance among listed companies, as governed under the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2012. In particular, we touch on weaknesses of these companies, as highlighted in Bursa Malaysia's second '2015 Analysis of CG Disclosures in Annual Reports'. We also explored what's exactly holding us back in achieving better governance, and what do we need to eventually get there.
