Despite a seasonally weak quarter, Tiong Nam Logistics' 4Q'16 earnings came within expectations, recording a net profit of RM 12.6 million. Further plans by the country's largest logistics operator to diversify into property and to spin-off its warehouse assets into a REIT are expected to be further growth drivers.
