Biden - Large Gains In Popular Vote, Electoral College Margin Still Thin?

To help us understand what comes next, we speak to Andrew Cohen, Associate Professor at Carleton University, about Trump's grounds for legal action, the magnitude of a flood of mail-in ballots, as well as the odds of a split Congress.
