Walking The Talk, Not Just Rhetoric

Malaysia has long championed for 30% representation of women in leadership positions, but the actual results in our political and legislative spheres remain lacking. Tengku Nur Qistina, Researcher from the Socio-Policy Department at ISIS Malaysia gives us some policy suggestions to correct this.
