Tan Sri Rafiah Salim, President of PERTIWI takes a look at how how women's issues have changed in the past 50 years. And as a woman who has broken through many barriers herself, Tan Sri Rafiah also discusses the 'glass ceiling' for women in Malaysia and the kind of support needed to keep women in the workforce.
