The practice of underground supper clubs - social dining out of someone's house - is not something that's new with plenty of clubs already around town. However, the perception that these places are restaurants and should be treated like one is something that is still apparent especially with the stigma of exclusivity. We catch up with one the first supper clubs to pop up, Jennifer Palencia the host of Jen's Underground Supper Club, as we explore the art of 'playing restaurant'.
